Readers’ Advisory

Welcome to the James Prendergast Library’s personalized readers’ advisory service, where members of our staff match readers with suggested books or authors to read next. Fill out the form below and our librarians will compile a list of book titles based on the information you provide. More detailed responses will result in better suggestions. You will receive a personalized list within two weeks. We will place up to three (if available) of the suggested books on hold for you to pick up at the library. If you do not want us to place the holds for you, please note that in the last box on the form. This service is free, confidential, and designed for adult readers.
