Come celebrate the birthday of the library’s historic oak tree on August 1st!

Come celebrate the birthday of the library’s historic oak tree! This program will feature a lawn party for kids, followed by a talk about Jamestown’s trees for adults.

We will be naming the tree with suggestions from our patrons! Submit a name at the Children’s Desk before August 1st.

5:45-6:00: Naming Dedication

6:00-6:30: Talk + Q&A with Dan Stone, Jamestown City Arborist and Park Manager
