Public Meeting Rooms
Who can use a Meeting Room? Nonprofits, government agencies, and community groups.
Purpose: Programs and meetings that are free and open to the public with an anticipated attendance of fifteen (15) or more people.
Can groups serve food? Yes, if a cleaning fee is paid. Cleaning fees are $25 for groups of 15-40 people and $50 for groups of 40-95.
Cost: Free as long as programs and meetings are open to the public and free to attend.

Study Rooms
Who can use a Study Room: Anyone who needs a place to study or meet with a small group.
Purpose: For individual study, small group meetings, or classes of less than fifteen (15) people.
Can groups share food? Yes, if you pay a $10.00 cleaning fee.
Cost: Free, but you need a library card to check out and reserve a room. Different options are available.

Special Event Rentals
What are Special Event Rentals? Individuals or organizations can rent the Fireplace Room or Community Room for private events like birthday parties, reunions, and staff training.
Purpose: For events that are private and closed to the public.
Cost: Hosting a private event requires a rental fee, which is based on how long you need the room and whether you are serving food.
