2025 Block Party Nonprofit Tabling Application

Join us for the 4th Annual Community Block Party!
Saturday, June 28th – 11:00 am – 2:00 pm
Fill out the application below to reserve your spot. We have twenty-Four (24) Community Partner Table Spots Avaliable.
- This application is for nonprofit community organizations and groups.
- The Block Party is a rain-or-shine event! Due to weather uncertainty, nonprofit tables will be located inside the library in either the Fireplace or Community Room.
- The staff and volunteers of community organizations must comply with all library policies.
- Table spaces need to be set up by 10:45 am. The library will open at 9:00 am on the event day to accommodate table space setup.
- Community organizations must operate the entire time the Block Party is open, from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. If circumstances arise and an organization must leave before the end of the event, please notify library staff as soon as possible.
- The library will provide each organization with a 6-ft table and two chairs.
- Table locations are not guaranteed and are made at the discretion and need of library management.
- Community organizations will be responsible for setting up and removing their displays and equipment. All displays, merchandise, and equipment must be within the assigned table space.
- A community organization’s staff and volunteers may park in the library’s parking lot to unload display materials but are asked to move their cars once they are finished setting up their booth space. This ensures there are parking spaces for Block Party attendees.
- If an organization requires special accessibility accommodations, requests must be made before the event day to ensure the library can comply with all requests.
