Transforming Food Waste with Jamestown Public Market

Join the Jamestown Public Market and special guest Cornell Cooperative Extension on March 30th for a “Transforming Food Waste” program! In this class, explore how you can utilize parts of fruits and vegetables usually thrown away, from carrot tops to potato skins. We will also discuss ways to reduce food waste, be it in the kitchen or compost.
