Food Preservation Class: Dehydrating 101

On Tuesday October 18th, 2022, from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm, the Jamestown Public Market will be hosting a class on food dehydration. Participants will learn how a food dehydrator works and how to dry various foods. Enjoy some free samples and recipes.

This class is funded by a grant from the Chautauqua Region Community Foundation.
