If this doesn't work, go to Step 2.

Step 2: If you have a new card, the PIN is the 4 digit number the Circulation desk wrote down for you.  If you don't have a record of this, please call the Reference Desk at 484-7135, ext. 225 or 226.

Once you know your PIN, you can change it.  PIN numbers must be between 1 to 10 digits.  Just letters or just numbers or a combo are acceptable.
